General: At Christel Winther Wedding & Events, we prioritize discretion, excellence, and professionalism in all our services. These terms outline our commitment to delivering exceptional experiences while ensuring transparency and clarity in our processes.

Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information, including all necessary legal documents required for their event planning. Any delay in submission may affect the planning process and the event timeline.

Payment Terms: We offer various payment methods, including:

  • Online Payments: Securely pay through our website using Credit Card/Apple Pay/PayPal.

  • Bank Transfer: Payment via bank transfer (IBAN/Swift code) upon receipt of an invoice.

 

Refund and Cancellation Policies:

  • Refunds: Payments made are non-refundable once services have commenced.

  • Cancellation: Clients must notify us in writing of any cancellations within a specified timeframe prior to the event. Cancellation terms will be detailed in the service agreement.

 

Event Planning:

  • Venue and Supplier Selection: While we aim to accommodate preferences, final decisions regarding venues and suppliers rest with Christel Winther Wedding & Events. We strive to secure the best options within the client's preferences and our expertise.

  • Unforeseen Circumstances: In case of unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, venue unavailability), we will make every effort to find suitable alternatives. However, we cannot be held liable for such occurrences.

 

Liability and Indemnity:

  • Christel Winther Wedding & Events will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury caused during the event. Clients are advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage for their event.

  • Clients indemnify Christel Winther Wedding & Events against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the event.

 

Modification of Services:

  • We reserve the right to modify services, packages, or terms with prior notice to clients. Such changes will not affect previously agreed-upon services.

 

Force Majeure: In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, acts of God), preventing us from fulfilling our obligations, we will strive to mitigate the impact. However, we cannot be held liable for failure or delay resulting from such events
