Most clients book 12 to 18 months in advance. For peak season (May through September) and sought-after venues, we recommend reaching out as early as possible. We accept only a limited number of celebrations each year, and availability fills quickly.

The investment varies based on guest count, destination, number of ceremony days, vendor calibre, and overall scope. Full-service planning fees begin at 8,000 EUR. Wedding budgets typically range from 50,000 EUR to several hundred thousand EUR for multi-day celebrations. A detailed proposal is prepared following your private consultation, once we understand your vision and requirements.

Yes. We have over 20 years of experience planning Indian, Hindu, Sikh, and South Asian weddings in Scandinavia and Europe, from intimate NRI celebrations to multi-day events with 300 or more guests. We coordinate Mehndi, Sangeet, Haldi, and Baraat ceremonies, mandap construction, traditional musicians, Halal and vegetarian catering, and multilingual coordination.

Arabic and other cultural traditions may have their own multi-day structures.
