Destinations
A celebration should belong to its place.
Planning away from home is not the same work as planning at home. The difference is not taste — it is research, supplier judgement, travel, pacing and contingency.

Where the practice is based.
Copenhagen and Denmark are where Christel works most and knows best: the city, the coast, historic rooms and long-standing relationships with venues and suppliers.
Copenhagen has its own page, because it is a genuine point of difference rather than a location keyword.
Where we work
Six destinations, each personally known.
Denmark
From Copenhagen's finest venues to coastal manor houses and historic castles — Scandinavian elegance, intimately known.
Mallorca
Sun-drenched fincas, ancient olive groves, and the quiet of the Mediterranean. Outdoor venues with an intimacy that large hotels cannot replicate.
Tuscany & Italy
Rolling hills, Renaissance architecture, and exceptional food and wine. Italy's enduring beauty creates a setting for celebrations that feel unhurried and considered.
Provence & France
Château celebrations, Provençal gardens, and the quiet precision of French culinary culture. A setting that rewards patience.
Mauritius
Private beachfront estates and resort venues on the Indian Ocean. Warm, refined, and significantly far from the ordinary.
Dubai & UAE
Grand venues, complex logistics, and multicultural expertise — planned and executed with care for clients who expect both.
The practical work behind a location.
Research
Venues visited or verified, seasonality understood, and the real constraints of the site established before it is recommended.
Supplier assessment
Local suppliers judged on capability at the required scale, not on how their work photographs.
Guest travel
Routes, connections, arrival windows and the guests who will need the most help getting there.
Accommodation and transport
Where guests sleep, how they move between events, and what happens when a schedule slips.
Cultural expectations
Local customs, licensing, noise rules and service norms that shape what an evening can be.
Pacing and contingency
Programmes built for heat, weather, distance and fatigue — with a considered alternative for each critical moment.

Distance makes accountability the whole question.
Working in another country adds a layer to every decision: an extra contract, an extra language, an extra unfamiliar supplier. What makes it manageable is that one experienced person holds the complete picture and answers for it.
Christel does not claim experience in every country. Where a destination is new to a commission, the research, site visits and supplier assessment are done properly rather than assumed.
